What kinds of events does reSpace host?
We host four kinds of gatherings in Seattle: podcast recording sessions, open houses where you can walk a reSpace home, broker info sessions, and live appearances and talks. Each one is a chance to step inside co-homeownership before you sign anything.
Where are reSpace events held?
Most events happen in and around Seattle, including our first reSpace home in the Leschi neighborhood and venues across the city. Open houses are hosted at reSpace homes in premier neighborhoods. Check the events above for specific locations.
How do I attend a reSpace open house?
Join the waitlist and we will tell you when we are hosting an open house near you. You can tour a private suite and the shared common areas in person, and ask the team anything about how ownership works.
Are reSpace events open to brokers?
Yes. Our broker info sessions are built for agents who want to expand their funnel and learn the model, the math, and the Certified reSpace Advisor path. Brokers are also welcome at reSpace Reveals and open houses.
