We are still buzzing with gratitude after the turnout at our first-ever reSpace Reveal. Thank you to everyone who joined us at the future home of The Grove by reSpace. Over the course of the evening, guests stepped into the future of co-homeownership, walking through The Grove before it is even built using cutting-edge AR and VR technology.
A special thank you goes to The Little Things AI, creators of tkei, the spatial computing platform that powered the entire experience. Their team flew in to support the event and brought a technology that genuinely redefined what is possible in real estate design. With tkei, visitors walked through full-scale, true-to-life renderings of our reSpace suites, exploring layout and finish options and gaining a real understanding of the intentional architectural choices behind every home.
That is the heart of what we do at reSpace. We turn one premier-neighborhood Seattle home into a small community of individual owners, each with a private suite plus shared common areas, for about what you would pay to rent a one-bedroom. Standing inside a true-to-scale rendering made that idea click for a lot of people in the room.
To everyone on the waitlist, we see you and we appreciate your enthusiasm. We are already planning future events, and you will be the first to know when the next chance to experience reSpace in real life is announced.
